Job Developer

A Job Developer helps people with disabilities locate successful employment. Daily you get to

• Coach interviewing skills, draft resumes, and help people change their lives with a fullfilling career and purpose.

Requirements

1. High school diploma/GED or above.

2. Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.

3. A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.

4. Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
