Full Job Description

We are offering a part-time (up to 30 hours per week) IT Support Technician/Analyst role to work with team members across our organization, assisting with the technology they interact with every day. In this role, you will support FMX employees with their laptops and the foundational technology that enables their work. You will set up laptops for new and employees being onboarded, reclaim an/or reimage deprecated machines, help to troubleshoot issues that may arise with end user machines, and work tickets as a first touch resource to assess the issue and escalate as necessary. 

Responsibilities:

  • Laptop setup, maintenance, and reclamation
    • Deploying custom computer images to new hire and existing employee machines
    • Setup for new hires including joining employees to Microsoft Active Directory and Google Suite/Gmail
    • Software deployment (installation, updates, Windows updates)
  • Password resets
  • Troubleshooting general PC issues as an initial resource

Compensation: The hourly range for this position is expected to be $15-20/hr, based on experience.

Other considerations: The candidate for this position can be located anywhere in the US.
