Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a facility in Fostoria. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment and machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and perform necessary repairs
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshoot problems
• Replace faulty components and parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address equipment-related issues and implement improvements
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
• Must have open shift availability
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment and machinery
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and in a team
