Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bartender to join our team at Taj on Fifth. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting high-quality beverages. You will have a deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits, and a flair for creating unique and delicious drinks that complement our menu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, wines, and beers.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet guests warmly, and engage in friendly conversation.
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers, and ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking, restocking, and rotating inventory.
• Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and continuously enhance your knowledge of mixology.
• Create and develop new drink recipes and seasonal beverage menus.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to provide a seamless dining experience for guests.

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or bar.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits.
• Strong mixology skills and the ability to create unique and appealing drinks.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
