As a Harley-Davidson Motorclothes Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, creating a fun and memorable shopping experience, and driving sales of our premium Motorclothes and accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Lead the Motoclothes team** Provide direction, training, and support to team members to ensure outstanding customer service and sales performance.
• Engage with customers and provide outstanding assistance in finding the perfect Harley-Davidson gear and accessories
• Boost sales through upselling and cross-selling related merchandise to enhance the customer's riding experience
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized retail environment
• Communicate promotions and new merchandise to customers
• Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone and establish long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry with leadership experience
• Passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles and knowledge of Motorclothes and riding gear
• Ability to engage with customers and team members effectively
• A leader who supports colleagues and drives the group's success
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Positive, customer-first attitude and a dedication to creating exceptional shopping experiences
