About Us – Horizon Outdoor Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at a beautiful campground & RV park in northern Ohio, right outside of Cleveland! This position is a FT, year-round position, available immediately.
About You – We are seeking an individual who enjoys a hands-on approach and has a guest-first mentality. You must desire to help us meet our goals in building a reputation of excellence and world-class hospitality. You must have the ability to hire, motivate, and lead a team. You will play a key role in overseeing the day to day operations of the property. Must have managerial experience. RV/Campground management preferred.

Requirements
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Hiring, training, and motivating staff
· Overseeing all daily operations at the property, focusing on guest satisfaction and employee fulfillment
· Comfortable working with budgets and other financial goals
· Being energetic, creative and positive
· Being detail-oriented
· Experience in RV or other hospitality management
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products and comfortable working with a reservation program
