Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flights
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the flight
- Respond to passenger needs and inquiries in a timely manner
- Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Serve meals and beverages while attending to dietary preferences
- Collect and manage passenger feedback to enhance service quality
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills in your native language; proficiency in English is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stressful situations effectively
- Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- A team player who is adaptable and eager to learn
