Position Overview & Narrative:
The Finance Support Admin plays an integral and highly valuable role in supporting the finance department by assisting with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This position is vital to ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of financial operations within the organization. The Finance Support Admin is primarily focused on overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Commercial Portfolio, helping to maintain accuracy, organization, and timely execution of financial processes. Their contributions are key to the overall success and smooth operation of the finance team.
Responsibilities:
Perform weekly bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of Replacement Reserve & Construction Draw.
Maintain and update financial records and databases for Commercial Tenants.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments for Commercial Portfolio.
Support upper-level management with Ad Hoc reporting and projects.
Respond to inquiries related to financial matters from internal and external parties.
Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information.
Generate miscellaneous reporting from financial system/import into spreadsheets.
Help with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Basic understanding of financial principles and practices.

Previous experience in a finance or accounting role.
