Facility Maintenance Technician

Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Technician. As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the company's facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems, to ensure a safe and functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any maintenance needs
• Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work
• Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to prolong the life of equipment and systems
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and update maintenance schedules
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
• Experience in performing repairs and maintenance tasks
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issues
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices
