Experienced Quality Auditor - Night Shift

Express Employment is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Auditor for a night shift role right here in Toledo. As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This position is a vital part of the manufacturing process, as it ensures that our products are safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform regular audits of production processes to identify any potential areas of improvement
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to maintain consistent product quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and make recommendations based on findings
• Document and report on quality metrics, ensuring that all necessary documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct regular training sessions to educate employees on quality control processes and protocols

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or auditing role within the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and techniques
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and Blueprints
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
