As a Customer Service/Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their real estate needs, including property sales, rental inquiries, and general customer support. You will be the point of contact for clients throughout the process, ensuring that their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to our valued clients.


Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with real estate inquiries, including property sales, rentals, and general customer support.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, ensuring that properties are properly showcased to potential buyers or tenants.
  • Prepare and present property listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and tenants.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring that regular communication is maintained and any issues are promptly addressed.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements and lease contracts, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a sales-oriented role.
  • An active real estate license is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
