As a Customer Service and Sales Associate, you will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service information, assist with sales inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers in person and over the phone.
  • Assist customers with sales inquiries, including product information, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints with empathy and patience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the prompt resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets by upselling and cross-selling to customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service and sales roles, preferably in a retail or similar environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
  • Proven sales abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle challenging or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, point-of-sale systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry and sustainable energy solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Residence in or near the Cleveland, OH area.
