CNC Punch Press Operator - Perrysburg, Ohio - Full Time Mon-Thurs

Express Employment is seeking a dedicated CNC Punch Press Operator for a full-time position in Toledo, Ohio, working Monday through Thursday. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC punch presses to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC punch presses based on production requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality output
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and compliance with quality standards
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance
• Keep accurate records of production counts and machine maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC punch presses
• Experience with CNC Turret Punch Presses
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machining processes
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
• Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
