Full Job Description
The Clinical Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a team of supervisees, ensuring they provide client-centered, evidence-based behavioral health services while adhering to all regulations and protocols. Responsibilities include supervision, training, case management, quality assurance, and program development.
Requirements
- Licensure: Must be licensed in the State of Ohio by the CSWMFT Board as an LISW, LPCC, or IMFT, or be professionally licensed to provide clinical supervision of behavioral health services.
- Education: Master's degree in a related field required.
- Experience: Experience supervising clinicians and providing behavioral health services is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; experience with documentation, training, and program development; proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Certifications: First Aid, CPR, Verbal/Physical De-escalation training; FSO required professional development trainings.
- Other: Valid Ohio Driver's License, must pass BCI and drug screening, maintain valid car insurance.
- Credentialing: Must have an active Medicaid Number and NPI.
