Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support needs.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and implementation of energy solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed client records and interactions.
  • Deliver comprehensive product and service knowledge to clients.
  • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive client growth and revenue.
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements in the energy field.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
