We are currently hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for exciting opportunities in the field of Anesthesiology. As a CRNA, you will play a vital role in providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
● Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
● Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
● Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
● Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
● Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
● Care team model, equitable call schedule
● ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

Schedule and Shift Details
● Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14. Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CRNA
- OH license or willing to get one
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
