The Leading Creek Conservancy District is in search of a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and inquiries from community members promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding the Conservancy District’s programs and services.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the system accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and efficiency.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and patience.
- Proficient in using call center software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
