City Wide is currently seeking a Bilingual IC Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Manager) to join our team!

Objective: As the IC Recruiter, you will help oversee the program to recruit and onboard Independent Contractors (ICs) for all janitorial and other services at City Wide. This person is responsible for prospecting via phone calls and email campaigns to find ICs that meet project scope requirements for both janitorial and other services.

Essential Functions

• Prospect, screen, and onboard sufficient ICs to service City Wide's janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts.
• Manage all IC recruiting activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractor prospects.
• Complete IC onboarding by collecting, verifying, and filing all required documentation for IC Compliance.
• Enter and maintain Independent Contractors' records in CRM.
• Inform the Operations department of potential ICs to ensure they are placed within a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain all organization and independent contractor compliance efforts.
• Contractor appreciation management; may include plan development and ongoing alignment with organizational goals and initiatives.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person surveys to gauge successful onboarding, retention, and growth efforts.
• Maintain strong working relationship with all stakeholders.
• Additional benchmarking and analysis reporting on a regular basis.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken skills in a non-English language (Spanish and Portuguese highly preferred).
• High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree highly desirable.
• Prior recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired.
• Highly detail-oriented self-starter with an excellent follow-through on commitments.
• Positive and outgoing personality; great at building relationships.
• Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database.
• Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit new business or independent contractors.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
