Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at 24 Main. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers, as well as crafting and innovating our cocktail menu. You will also be in charge of maintaining a clean and organized bar area, ensuring stock levels are adequately maintained, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of different drink recipes, able to make drinks quickly, be comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers, taking and serving beverage orders
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and customer preference
• Keep the bar area clean and well-stocked, ensuring supplies are readily available
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with customers, resolving any issues or complaints
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the serving of alcohol
• Collect payment and operate the cash register
• Monitor and manage inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender from a high volume bar/restaurant
• Knowledge of a variety of classic cocktail recipes and mixology techniques
• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications
