• Client Relationship Building: Identify prospects, build and secure new client relationships, and cultivate a strong network of professional contacts and centers of influence to expand our firm’s reach.

Requirements

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

• Specialized Expertise: Experience in one or more specialized areas or industries, such as Manufacturing, Employee Benefit Plans, or Retail, is a significant plus.
• Public Accounting Experience: 5+ years of experience in public accounting, including supervisory or in-charge experience, with a CPA designation.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with a Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Problem Solving & Project Management: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
• Industry Recognition: An established or growing industry-specific reputation, with a strong network of professional contacts and centers of influence.
