We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven Appointment Setters to join our Business Development team. Your role will focus on contacting potential customers, answering their questions, and scheduling consultations with our expert team. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads provided by our marketing team.
• Schedule consultations for homeowners with our expert sales team.
• Address homeowner inquiries about our products and services.
• Confirm and follow up on scheduled appointments to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of calls, appointments, and homeowner interactions in our CRM.
• Collaborate with a team focused on creating an engaging and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional phone presence.
• Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle homeowner questions and provide clear, helpful responses.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy call schedule.
• Proficiency with computers and CRM systems.
• High School Diploma or GED, with related experience preferred.
