As an Aesthetic Injector, you will be responsible for providing advanced cosmetic treatments to our valued clients. Your expertise in performing injectable procedures, such as Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents, will enable you to deliver exceptional results.

Your role as an Operations Manager will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Injector:

• Perform cosmetic injectable procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
• Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments to determine appropriate treatment options.
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of patient records.
• Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine and injectable techniques.
• Provide compassionate and supportive care throughout the patient's aesthetic journey.

Operations Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Maintain inventory of medical and aesthetic supplies, ordering as needed.
• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal coverage and patient care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a safe environment.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to uphold high standards of service.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in the state of Ohio.
• Strong background in performing cosmetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, and collagen-stimulating agents.
• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in aesthetics.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
