Universal Energy Solutions is in search of a driven and customer-focused Account Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client accounts in the Cleveland area.

At Universal Energy Solutions, we are committed to providing sustainable energy solutions to our clients. As an Account Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing their energy needs, sales, and promoting our products and services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent relationship management skills. Sales experience in the energy industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts in the Cleveland area.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Understand and address client's energy needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure the timely delivery of services and support.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, forecasting, and market trends.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any inquiries or issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in account management or sales, preferably in the energy industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand and address client's energy needs.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for account management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
