2nd Shift Overhead Crane Operator

Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled 2nd Shift Overhead Crane Operator. As an Overhead Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating dual hoist remote overhead cranes to move, lift, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate overhead cranes to lift and transport materials according to specifications
• Inspect and maintain crane equipment to ensure safe operation
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols while operating cranes
• Read and interpret load charts and work orders to determine how to lift and move materials
• Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and safe load handling
• Monitor crane operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Keep accurate records of lifting operations and equipment maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating dual hoist remote overhead cranes is required
• Knowledge of crane safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret load charts and work orders
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours
• Willingness to perform routine maintenance on crane equipment
