2nd Shift Maintenance Tech

Express Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician for a 2nd shift position. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to identify root causes
• Perform necessary repairs, adjustments, and replacements to ensure equipment functionality
• Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs
• Collaborate with team members to identify and address maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to operational standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a related role
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
