2nd Shift Experienced CNC Operator

Express Employment is currently seeking a skilled and experienced 2nd Shift CNC Operator. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-precision components according to specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines based on engineering drawings and work orders
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture precision parts and components
• Monitor machine operations, including loading and unloading materials
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with the machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of CNC machines
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC Operator
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of CNC programming
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of machine shop practices and safety regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as required
