Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications and work orders
• Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts with precision
• Inspect and measure finished components using measuring tools
• Troubleshoot issues with the CNC equipment and perform necessary adjustments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Document production data and maintain records as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC operations
• Strong understanding of CNC machinery and G-code programming
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
