Will Call Warehouse Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Group and enter work orders into our Royal 4 inventory software.
• Coordination: Delegate deliveries to our in-town drivers, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling.
• Order Fulfillment: Pick, stage, and verify all products for will call and in-town orders, maintaining accuracy and readiness.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers at our will call entrance, assisting with pickups, verifying products, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: coordinate in-town delivery drivers, establishing delivery priorities and maintaining delivery schedules.
• Administrative Tasks: Convert work orders into invoices using our sales software, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to company safety policies, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software, such as Royal 4, and familiarity with sales software for invoicing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, especially in a fast-paced environment.
