We are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-only role, offering substantial earning potential for high-performing individuals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in software sales. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, emails, social media, and networking.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the value and benefits of LeadOwl’s software solutions.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective negotiation to achieve sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement in sales strategies and processes.
Requirements
- No experience required, though sales experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer journey.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
