Full-time Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to deliver comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health challenges and supporting them in achieving their personal goals. You will conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat various emotional and psychological issues while fostering overall well-being. A compassionate approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are essential for success in this position.
Salary: $90,000-$110,000 per year with full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Provides counseling and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care.
- Tests and evaluates patients.
- Implements the specific counseling activities and/or interventions that will lead to accomplishing the plan goals.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Performs reporting procedures.
- Attends meetings and conferences to keep current on ideas and techniques in the field of counseling.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Professional Counselor from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LPCC.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in providing clinical services
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy, to prepare and analyze data and figures, transcribe, read
