Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our dynamic outpatient clinic. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, crafting and implementing effective treatment plans, and leading individual and group therapy sessions. Your role is vital in helping clients overcome mental health obstacles and fulfill their personal aspirations. By working closely with a multidisciplinary team and continuously updating your knowledge of best practices, you will contribute to a nurturing environment that promotes healing.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed assessments to inform personalized treatment strategies.
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy to promote healing.
- Track client progress and adapt treatment plans based on outcomes.
- Engage with families to support client treatment and discharge planning.
- Maintain precise records in line with ethical guidelines and policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state licensure as LMFT.
- You have 2 year or more of experience in providing counseling services.
- You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
