Full-Time Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Opportunity in North Dakota
A rewarding opportunity has opened for an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Dakota. As an LCSW, you will provide psychotherapy and counseling to individuals dealing with mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. You will be part of a dedicated team focused on supporting individuals in overcoming personal struggles.
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Primary Duties:
- Maintain accurate records as per regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective mental health services.
- Track client progress and help implement individualized treatment strategies.
- Use proven therapeutic methods to drive positive client outcomes.
- Empower families with tools to enhance emotional support and healing.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
- Current LCSW license in North Dakota.
- Experience with older adult populations preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working both independently and within a team setting.
