We are currently looking for a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a dynamic team in North Dakota. The LCSW will be responsible for providing counseling, psychotherapy, and support to individuals managing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and more. This role is crucial for those dedicated to guiding clients through difficult life experiences and supporting their mental health journeys.
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper documentation in alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional mental health services.
- Monitor client progress and contribute to comprehensive care plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client recovery.
- Support families with guidance on fostering emotional well-being.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with an attractive benefits package.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Active LCSW license in North Dakota.
- Experience working with older adult populations is highly preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
