Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Your Duties:

• Keep detailed, accurate records of client progress.
• Work alongside a supportive team to provide thoughtful, effective care.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet each client’s unique goals.
• Use proven therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve meaningful change.
• Support families with tools and resources to foster healing and connection.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in the state.
• Proven experience working with older adults.
• Exceptional clinical and diagnostic abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
