Sigma Defense is seeking a Facilities & Security Manager to oversee all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of the facility.

Requirements
- Candidate must be comfortable performing minor facility maintenance in accordance with CE guidance.
- Must have an understanding of 32CFR, part 117 of the National Industrial Program Operating Manual (NIPSOM) and general security requirements for the DoD and other federal agencies.
- Candidate must be well-versed in facilities management processes and exhibit high multitasking and organization skills.
- Knowledgeable of industrial and physical security concepts, principles, and practices to implement security programs in these areas.
- Experience with security training concepts, programs, and processes to assist management in establishing and operating internal security programs.
- Knowledge of Storage Containers, Facilities, and marking special categories of Classified Information.
- Skills in developing, analyzing, and evaluating security programs to meet mission requirements and improve security programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish effective professional working relationships with coworkers and customers.
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at times, and push carts ranging from 10 - 150 pounds at times.
- Ability to work in cold temperature environments.
- Ability to maneuver pallet jacks and heavy objects.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and walk briskly up to 30 minutes at a time.
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and navigate tight spaces.
- Ability to climb ladders and work aloft while maintaining balance when using tools or carrying materials.
Education Requirements:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study and four years of specialized experience, or, a High School Diploma and eight years of specialized experience.
Computer Programs/Software Experience:
- Microsoft Office Suite
Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
- Running routine safety inspections.
- Corresponding with contractors.
- Planning maintenance work.
- Maintaining records, including security documentation and files.
- Supervising facilities staff.
- Serve as a security specialist, providing information for the industrial, personal, and physical security program functions in support of the organization.
- Process and review personnel security clearances.
- Oversee and supervise facility projects and routine maintenance, ensuring 348th Reconnaissance Squadron spaces functionality, comfort, safety, and sustainability.
- Ensure unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and squadron commander directives.
- Serve as unit liaison in communication with 319th RW base public works department and third-party contracting entities.
- Provide accurate information to the commander, directors, key staff, and customers as it pertains to 348th Reconnaissance Squadron spaces and projects.
- Establish controls and suspense dates and follow up to ensure the required actions and responses are made within set deadlines.
Personnel Clearance Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active, DoD-issued TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 annually.
