Dozer Operator

Baranko Brothers, Inc., a well-established earthwork contractor based out of Dickinson, ND, is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join our team. As a Dozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a dozer to perform earthwork, grading, and excavation
• Complete work orders and follow project specifications
• Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors
• Read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures
• Work in various weather conditions and environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Dozer Operator with GPS
• Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
• Knowledge of grading and excavation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret plans, instructions, and blueprints
• Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and irregular hours as needed.
• Perform other related duties as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and comply with drug and alcohol policies during employment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
