Crane Operator

Are you skilled in safely operating various cranes like hydro cranes and lattice boom crawler cranes? We're looking for a dedicated professional to join our team and handle the hoisting, moving, and placing of materials and objects.

 **Responsibilities**:

- Operate construction equipment following company procedures and safety regulations.

- Conduct daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment.

- Ensure precise operation to prevent accidents and property damage.

- Perform pre-operational checks, lubricate, and clean equipment as needed.

- Use levers and pedals to control boom movement and load lines accurately.

- Work with precision and adhere to safety standards.

- Select and use appropriate rigging for tasks.

- Complete paperwork accurately, including job tickets and service summaries.

- Maintain awareness of surroundings while operating equipment.

- Report major repair needs promptly.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of crane operation experience in a construction setting.

- Pile driving experience .

- NCCCO certification with TLL and LBC required.

- Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.

- Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and follow regulations.

- Willingness to take on additional tasks on construction sites.

- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions.

- Working around moving machinery and occasional fumes.

- Loud noise levels; use of personal protective equipment required.
