As a Clerk at MCI, you will play a vital role in supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring smooth operation within the organization. This position involves handling clerical duties, maintaining records, and assisting with communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing documents, records, and correspondence.
• Assisting in data entry and maintaining databases.
• Handling customer inquiries and providing required information.
• Supporting team members with administrative tasks and projects.
• Preparing reports and presentations as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; further education in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
