This exciting position requires making daily business decisions and engaging in strategic planning. Get ready for a fast-paced environment where you can have a hands-on impact. As a qualified individual, you'll be at the forefront of warehouse operations as a lead associate. Your role will involve a range of tasks, such as fulfilling orders, loading and unloading both vendor trucks and customer vehicles.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures in order to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Participate in safety trainings and stay updated with ongoing education training and courses, including forklift safety.
- Pack, load, and ship products to and from customers and vendors.
- Ensure accurate processing of all products to and from customers and vendors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tidy work area.
- Exhibit a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in collaboration with a team.
- Arrive punctually for work and complete assigned tasks with precision and within the allotted timeframe.
- Actively engage in problem-solving activities to contribute towards continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in all MS Office systems, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
- Proven expertise in inventory control and management.
- The ability to expertly multitask and prioritize.
- A knack for mechanical tasks.
- The skill to provide timely feedback to internal and external stakeholders.
- A willingness to offer hands-on support to your teammates.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals possessing diverse personalities and skillsets.
- The physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. throughout your shift.
- The stamina to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during your shift.
- Aptitude in basic math skills, such as counting, addition, and subtraction.
- The proficiency to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
- The know-how to prepare BOL's (Bill of Lading).
- A minimum of 5 years of forklift experience.
