Full Job Description
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at A Society Group, Inc. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs and translate them into seamless and engaging user experiences.
We are looking for someone who has a passion for user-centered design and keeps up with the latest design trends and best practices. You should have a strong understanding of user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and able to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (automotive and/or transportation is a PLUS)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and user-centered design approach
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Solid understanding of information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
