Ace Handyman Services of South Charlotte is Hiring for a Team Coordinator!

We are a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. We are looking for highly organized and motivated candidates just like you to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $16 to $21, depending on your experience.
This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, and customer follow up
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous construction, trades, or home services scheduling/customer support experience
- Willing to work in-person at our Matthews office
- Excellent computer and typing skills - including high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams
- Experience with scheduling and dispatching crews
- High School Diploma or GED (College degree preferred)
- Friendly, Professional, and ready to help our amazing Customers and Handymen!
- Prior experience in a home services business is strongly preferred
