Senior Tax Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance, providing tax planning and advisory services to clients, and assisting with the development and implementation of tax strategies. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior staff and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.

Our client is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance for assigned clients
• Provide tax planning and advisory services
• Conduct tax research and interact with taxing authorities
• Mentor and train junior staff
• Assist with business development initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of tax accounting experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
