Interluxe Auctions is looking for a self-starting, and energetic Sales Consultant / Client Relationship Manager to join our smart, fun, and focused centralized sales team whose goal is to help us change the way people transact luxury real estate. Client Relationship Managers are responsible for generating awareness and building qualified interest from warm/incoming buyer leads for our auctions as well as cold calling to acquire new buyer prospects.

In addition to receiving base pay, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals and have the opportunity to work independently toward personal goals while being part of a team. This is a high value sales position that offers professional growth, opportunity for some travel, the opportunity for advancement, dedicated sales training, and an uncapped, industry-leading commission structure.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Handle inquiries from top-producing realtors and luxury home buyers.
  • Qualifying prospects to meet our business model.
  • Executing a plan to convert leads into showing appointments, registered bidders, and ultimately buyers.
  • Work to generate awareness about each upcoming auction.
  • Qualifying and registering bidders for active auctions.
  • Understand and explain the benefits of buying at auction.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and logging all activity details using our company CRM.
  • Participating in regular training and education sessions.

Requirements

  • Passion for relationship-building and selling over the phone.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Flexible work hours with the possibility of occasional weekends.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent at building rapport.
  • 2-4 years experience in account management, customer success, sales, real estate industry, or related industry.
  • Real Estate Agents, Realtors & Mortgage Loan Originators strongly encouraged to apply!
  • Sense of humor and the ability to communicate via memes and gifs.
