At Everblue, we’re looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator to facilitate relationship-building and enhance customer interactions, ensuring clients receive the guidance and support needed for their success in the energy efficiency industry.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Join all meetings & conference calls
- Establish a personal relationship with meeting participants
- Add or verify that contacts are added to HubSpot
- Take notes in HubSpot
- Actively listen to client needs, attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Set up Google Alerts for topic monitoring
- Connect with and/or follow prospects on LinkedIn
- Generate and manage prospective Deals in CRM from leads/opportunities identified by Customer Team
- Schedule recurring follow-up emails and tasks
- Leverage Google Alerts & personal anecdotes from social media into follow ups
- Encourage personal and company LinkedIn connections
- Schedule weekly meetings with Everblue leadership to keep a pulse on new priorities and to reconcile outstanding follow-ups/tasks
- Obtain mailing address and size preferences for Everblue t-shirts, as needed
- Be on the lookout for Google My Business review opportunities & ask when it comes up
We like innovators and ambitious go-getters, but you will not be alone. You’ll be working closely with the Marketing Manager and Senior Leadership, who will provide clear direction and comprehensive onboarding.
This is a part-time, remote position with opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Candidates should:
- Be extremely organized
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be clear communicators (both written and verbal)
- Adept with using LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace
- Possess a background or strong interest in Sales, Marketing, and/or Customer Service
- Be a self-starter capable of pushing projects forward without being explicitly told to do so
