Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our team of in-home sales representatives. In this role, you will not only manage and run leads but also take an active role in training new employees in the field and continually uptraining existing staff through shadowing and mentorship. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing new markets from the ground up and has the drive to create and sustain success. This is a highly incentivized position, perfect for a motivated individual who thrives on results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Run leads for in-home remodeling sales, demonstrating excellence in closing deals and customer relationship management.

• Team Training: Train new sales representatives in the field, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

• Ongoing Development: Shadow current sales representatives to provide continuous uptraining and ensure they are performing at their highest potential.

• Market Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow the market, identifying new opportunities and driving sales initiatives.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, providing feedback and coaching to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the home remodeling or home improvement industry.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of training and developing high-performing sales teams.

• Ability to run leads and close deals effectively, with a customer-centric approach.

• Enjoys developing new markets from the ground up with a drive to create and sustain success.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within the market as needed.
