This pivotal position places you at the heart of our Chemical Maintenance team, reporting directly to the Superintendent and playing a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of multiple chemical plants.

Your Impact:

  • Spearhead the evolution of our Chemical Maintenance Department by evaluating and enhancing equipment, functions, and methodologies.
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, focusing on technological upgrades that boost efficiency while adhering to all regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a crucial technical advisor, guiding Operations and Maintenance towards optimal practices.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing everything from emergency maintenance to major capital initiatives, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, safety, and environmental impact.
  • Navigate the complexities of project management, from drafting engineering reports and specifications to supervising construction activities and troubleshooting on-site challenges.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by at least 3 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance or reliability engineering.
  • A background in Vibration Analysis and Lubrication programs, supported by either hands-on experience or formal training.
  • A PE (Professional Engineer) certification is highly regarded, as is project management experience.
  • You must be eligible to work in the USA, both now and in the future, without the need for sponsorship.
