Overview:

Offline is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Director to guide our team of Social Media Marketers (SMMs) in Raleigh, Charlotte, Nashville, and Tampa Bay. This role is a unique blend of creative content creation and strategic management, perfect for a visionary leader eager to propel our growth into new markets. We aim to fill this position by the end of Q1 and welcome applications from both internal and external candidates in Raleigh, Durham.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Development: Manage and mentor a team of 8 SMMs across Charlotte, Raleigh, Tampa, and Nashville, focusing on their professional growth, KPI tracking, and performance.
  • Instagram Marketing Strategy: Own the development and execution of Instagram marketing strategies across existing and new markets, crafting creative campaigns and content plans.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Lead in producing high-quality, engaging digital content, setting the standard for the team.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the VP of Marketing and local market teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals, encouraging cross-market collaboration.
  • Market Expansion Support: Provide strategic input as Offline expands into 6 additional markets, guiding social media strategy without managing day-to-day operations of new market SMMs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to inform strategy, measure performance, and adapt tactics for maximum impact.
