Process Engineer

Global Chemical Client is searching for a Sr. Chemical Process Engineer to ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and environmental standards. Responsibilities:

• Analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and process enhancements.
• Monitor daily production and identify trends, reporting variances as needed.
• Provide oversight for production lines and facilitate training when necessary.
• Investigate and prepare reports on production problems and customer complaints.
• Assist in developing operating goals to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Conduct trials to optimize manufacturing processes and validate new products.
• Maintain hazardous waste training requirements.
• Authorize process changes and work permits as needed.

Requirements

Experience:

• BS Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Textile) degree with 5+ years of Process Engineering experience in Chemicals, Textiles, or Composites Industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to implement process changes and improvements.
• Ability to work now or in the future without sponsorship.
