Impact lives every day! The Sunshine House Early Learning Academy is seeking a Childcare Center Director for its NC 4-star rated daycare in Ballantyne. We are hiring immediately, and would love to meet you!

Salary range: $50,000-$55,000, based on experience, education and credentials. Position includes quarterly bonus potential.

Daycare Director Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of childcare school in accordance with state licensing and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions.
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators.
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Oversee the implementation of our curriculum, including developmentally-appropriate play and classroom environments.
• Cultivate relationships with families, teachers, state licensing, and the community.
• Leverage your business, people, and marketing savvy to grow and operate your school.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development or related field required.
• Level 3 Administrator required.
• Previous management experience in licensed childcare required.
