Responsibilities

  • Assisting prospects in developing the business case for acquiring HICX's products and to identify and understand the business issues that our solution can affect.
  • Explaining the benefit and value of adopting HICX's products including, but not limited to, related to architecture, features, technical and business benefits, to prospects through presentations, detailed discussions, value engineering/ROI workshops, demos, and other proof points in order to reinforce the value proposition.
  • Manage all activities as part of the technical sales cycle.
  • Prepare, configure and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof of concepts with the HICX software platform, highlighting areas of greatest value and ROI based on specific customer requirements and needs, to convert prospects to customers. Moreover, you'll draw on your domain expertise and practical experience to become a trusted advisor to the prospect's technical and business teams.
  • Create and maintain a library of best-practice demonstration content that highlights how HICX solves specific challenges by industry.
  • Proactively craft and propose solutions that clarify how the business brings value to address critical business challenges faced by prospects.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and how to best position our solution against the competition.
  • Understand and communicate how HICX has delivered value to existing customers and
  • it's applicability to prospects.
  • Prepare proposals and manage and respond to RFx's
  • Prepare, manage and run SoW Workshops
  • Prepare and manage SOWs
  • Prepare and manage Pre-Sales collateral templates such as resource plans and solution proposals
  • Support marketing on trade-shows, webinars and blog postings to bring better awareness to HICX and the value we bring to clients
  • Travel as needed to support sales cycles.

Requirements

  • At least five years Pre Sales experience in delivering complex Enterprise solutions to Fortune 1000 clients and supporting clients through their buying journey.
  • Proven experience within Supplier Master Data or ProcureTech solutions is preferred but expertise in other Enterprise SaaS solutions aimed at improving Enterprise governance, control and efficiency across finance, shared services, supply chain or procurement will be considered.
  • Solution oriented – ability to leverage HICX products to address business challenge and provide a complete business case solution.
  • Hands on experience with solution configuration and ability to set up and manage own demo environment are essential. Coding skills (such as Java, .net) and query language (such as SQL) desirable.
  • Experience with, or strong knowledge of, integration specific technologies.
  • Experience working for both large and small SaaS vendors.
  • Excellent discovery, communication and presentation skills.
  • High levels of intellectual curiosity, conscientiousness and a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to clients as needed.
  • Native level English language skills
